1. Facility Description
   • This facility allows you to buy or subscribe only the online soft copy of e-books, assignment solution reference material, sample question papers (question bank), and projects based on IGNOU and other universities, boards, and institutes.
   • No hard copy or printed copy will be provided under this facility.
2. E-Books Usage
   • The e-books offered are for online reading and are valid for a limited time period only (from the date of purchase).
   • No downloading, printing, copying, etc., is allowed for e-books as they are for online reading and reference only on your mobile, tablet, or computer.
3. Downloading Facility
   • The downloading facility is available only for purchases related to assignment solution reference material, sample papers, projects, question banks, etc., on a special request with extra charges under special schemes offered by our website from time to time.
   • All other purchases are for online reading only, with no downloading, printing, copying, etc.
4. Complaints and Support
   • Complaints will be considered within 48 hours of placing the order.
